How is it? This has the starting of a good posting. Can you work with Kenny to expand this ? As he is in charge of the B/heads and Girders. What density is the foam? How did you get the shape for the foam? What is the purpose of the sheets of MDF on the floor? Why did you join them?
yes. I will help him. The foam is 8.5kg I guess and I did it lifting off, all the measurements got from the Auto Cad and lofted it on the cardboard. Then we needed to something flat place for vacuuming so we attached the two MDF by PVA glue because it wasn't long enough for Girder
