2) stem section.

make stems - set up laminating block follow the plan which is scale 1:1. when you set up these, you should make sure set up it properly and screw both sides front and back which is more hold. After steaming, you have to hold it very quickly because if it getting cold, you will be hard to bend it. The laminating process will be holded by clamps with piece of wood which protect doesn't scratch on stem surface and when it holding, work with your team members because it much easier and quicker.

hi chris~ i have changed in Elglish ~ the steam was very hot. when i take timber out, i coudln't stay my hand in the steam long time and smell like a sauna. i left these about 20minute before these take out. But it going to be cold very quickly even though these was steaming for 20minutes 

Small Craft Build.

Intro.
Finally, we started to build a small craft boat. This is the first time to build a boat so we are really looking foward to doing this project even though a little bit worries about that. we also work as a team so we are going to learn meaning of teamwork. This boat going to be designed all things even though we are amature boatbuilders.
Getting Started.

This is our plan which we should follow for 6 weeks. All of our team members must be responsible to lead a team each week. One of the important thing is that we support each other even though someone a bit behind or make a mistake.

1) frame



when you make a frame you should make sure level of the frame so first of all you should make a flat, for example  if there are some screw or nails, you have to get rid of all of them and then check it several time. why is it important is that if you are wrong or the frame is uneven, your boat can be wrong boat shape and might sink when you sail.

after that, make a centerline of the frame. The centerline should be tight which does not move and then make staions follow the plan. The common interval is 500mm in this boat. one of the way to mark the common interval, I recommend you to make own rule which is 500mm and you mark it on the frame by the rule. I think this way is very easy, quick and accurate.

This mark is for center line when you set up stations. If you cut marks and set up, the ceterline will not move.

 when you setting up stations you need to brace because each station does not sure level and it can be fall down if you do not set up brace. Also brace make more strong each station. Actually we tried third time to make stations because we had some mistake which stations were not level and all stations measurement were wrong. Those mistake were annoyed us but after fix that we could know what we were wrong.
